Savannah Energy to sell 118,083,927 shares to NIPCO
Savannah Energy says it has entered into Relationship Agreement with NIPCO Plc through an Off-market Share Buyback Termination Agreement to sell 118,083,927 of the 143,565,582 Ordinary Shares that were subject to the Buyback Agreement.
